Victor Udochi is a seasoned banking and risk management professional with a proven record of driving business growth through strong governance and effective risk controls. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Abia State University and an MBA from Nexford University.

With over 14 years of progressive experience across commercial and non-bank financial institutions, Victor has consistently demonstrated leadership in designing and implementing enterprise-wide risk management frameworks. His early career at Fidelity Bank and Diamond Bank Plc provided him with a solid foundation in operational risk, credit analysis, lending operations, and portfolio management.

In 2017, he joined Page Financials as Credit Risk and Portfolio Manager, where he optimized credit processes and strengthened portfolio quality. He went on to serve as Head of Risk Management at Purple and CredPal, playing a pivotal role in shaping their risk governance structures. Most recently, he was the Group Head of Risk Management at Assets Microfinance Bank Limited, where he led cross-functional teams to align risk strategy with business expansion and regulatory compliance.
