A professional experience spanning over 25 years, with strong competencies in financial services which covers Administration, Risk Management, Retail Products Development / Management, Sales, Agent Network Management / Financial Inclusion, Operations and Technology Services.
Chinedu has a 15-year cognate banking experience having worked in two Nigerian banks, pioneering the development of the banks’ products in line with retail / MSME perspectives.
His experience and scope expands beyond the shores of Nigeria having worked in three countries outside Nigeria – the UK, Switzerland and Uganda.
Mr. Nwagwu is currently the COO / Head, Operations & Technology of Sync Finance Company Limited.
