Chiemezie Ejinima

Chiemezie Ejinima is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fusion Capital Partners Limited, a financial services company specialized in providing strategic advisory and financing solutions to businesses across diverse sectors.
Prior to Fusion Capital, Chiemezie was the Chief Executive Officer of White Dove Shipping Company Ltd, the shipping arm of the Nestoil Group, managing over 27 vessels in the crude oil evacuation sub-sector of the oil and gas industry. Before Nestoil Group, Chiemezie was Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance and Advisory Group of Zenith Capital – the investment banking subsidiary of Zenit`h Bank, where he provided leadership and participated in numerous financial structuring and capital raising transactions.
Chiemezie was a Petroleum Economist at Addax Petroleum, prior to his move to Zenith Capital. In that role he was responsible for economic analysis of investment opportunities/Capex spend for the Asset Management Group; setting up economic models for determining the viability of new opportunities; commercial evaluations for Farm-in opportunities; financial forecasts & simulations and facilitating trainings in project economics.
Prior to Addax, he was Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance at KPMG Professional Services where he worked extensively on corporate valuations. He had also previously lectured at the Lagos Business School.
He began his career at Citibank in 1999 working in the international payments division.
He holds a BSc. in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, MSc. in Energy Finance from the University of Dundee in the UK, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Chiemezie is happily married with 5 lovely children.
